OMG!!!! I should be spanked! I am the worst at updating this blog. I really should just delete it. I don't have enough time to keep up with everything. So much has happened since my last entry!
It's a boy! It's a boy!!! I went for my ultrasound a couple months back, and we found out we're having a little boy! We are so excited to have the "million dollar family"! We have already decided on a name. His name will be Parker. I am almost 29 weeks along. It's taking forever! I just want to meet him! I am sooo curious about who he is going to look like?? Will he have blue eyes just like his sister?? The wait is killing me!!!
We went to Vegas in April! OMG was it ever fun! We stayed in a timeshare condo which was so fabulous! It had five outdoor pools! My favourite part was the washing and drying machine! hahah! I love being able to do laundry while on vacation! I was pretty exhausted by the end of the trip. Walking around in Vegas in 30+ degree weather is hard on a pregnant chick! We plan to go back for a long weekend w/o kidlets. I would like to check out the night life. We didn't do much of that while down there. We we're all so tired once 9pm hit. Most likely due to the fact that little miss Ryen would wake us up so early! She had a blast!

Things do not go bump in the night!
My whole life I have had ghostly encounters. Ok seriously stop laughing! I am telling the complete truth! My earliest memory of it was when I was about 12 years old. My mom still to this day lives in a very old house. It's about 100 years old and many people have lived there over the years. I slept in the bedroom facing north. Which is on the top floor. It's a very tall house. I would hear people walking in my room, the shuffle of feet on the carpet, I would feel someone sitting on my bed (the bed would droop). Once I looked out the window and there was a man's face staring back at me. Keep in mind that my bedroom was on the top floor there is no way anyone could be up there without a ladder. Still to this day sometimes when I go to visit my mom I get that uneasy feeling that someone is watching me. It makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up.
I have had encounters in every house I have lived in. It seems my brand new home has had the most activity. My daughter would scream bloody murder in the middle of the night. I would run in there to see what was wrong to find her pointing at something I could not see. The look of fear on her face was terrifying. This went on for about six months or more. I would hear banging noises and I would get that uneasy feeling. Things started to escalate about a month and a half ago. Ryen was back to screaming and was telling me there was a boy monster in her room. I asked her if he said anything to her and she nodded and said he says "I'm not scary". I started to hear the shuffling of feet again and I started to see things. The banging was getting louder. Finally I said enough is enough.
A friend of mine at work lent me a book on cleansing your house. It talks about how having something in your house could be bringing negative energy into your house. It could even be an heirloom. I thought and thought about it and couldn't come up with anything. In the book it says to ask the higher power to show you where this item is. So I did and I am not religious by any means but the strangest thing happened. I had this feeling, almost like a push towards my computer room. I opened the closet door and looked up and there it was!!!! A damn Ouija board. It wwas hidden under some boxes. I could hardly see it. I grabbed it and threw it out! My house now feels different, peaceful! I don't hear anything anymore and Ryen isn't screaming anymore. I asked her if anyone was still in her room and she said no. I am pretty relieved! We'll see how long it lasts for! Things do not go bump in the night anymore!!

Bun in the oven
Tim and I are expecting our second baby! We're really excited! I have been feeling kind of blah. Very tired but no morning sickness which is good! I hope it's another girl! Ryen doesn't want another girl. She wants "a boy to dance with me". She is the cutest thing ever!

Not sure if it will ever end. I always tell myself....this is a great job for a working mom, it's awesome pay awesome beneifts...quit your bitchin! Ugh...
Well enough of me bitchin'! I know I haven't been on here for awhile and I didn't write about Halloween! I had a party this year and it was a TON OF FUN! Everyone who came dressed up! We had a blast! Ryen had her first sleep over that night and I guess was very well adjusted. I think Vegas is calling my name now!

6 Years ago.....
On October 18 2003 I was a princess for a day! Yes, It was my wedding day! That day was magical and nerve wracking! I remember feeling so sick before I walked down the aisle to meet my future husband but as soon as he took my hand everything around us seemed to blur.
It has been six years since that magical day and it seems like it was yesterday I was getting ready to become a wife. I cannot believe how much has changed in six years! It's amazing! Time flies when you're having fun!
Happy 6th Anniversary Tim!

What a busy weekend!

Wow! I am absolutely exhausted! This weekend was nuts!
Saturday I went shopping in Calgary with my mom and Susan! We had a blast! We spent four hours in Chinook and only made it to eight stores! My arms and legs were so sore the next day! Sheesh! It's tough being me!
Sunday Tim, Ryen and I went over to my mom's for Thanksgiving dinner! I tried duck for the very first time! It was delicious! My mom is an awesome cook! I love spending time with my family! They crack me up!
Monday we went over to Tim's dad's place for another dinner! It was delicious too! We are so spoiled! Maybe next year I'll cook Thanksgiving dinner! I hope everyone likes KD! LOL
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

Much appreciation is needed!

When you become a parent your whole life changes but definetly for the better! It is a journey down a wonderful path! Becoming a mother was very natural to me. Sometimes I forget that men do not have what we call "motherly instincts" and not everything comes so natural to them.
Tim is a wonderful dad and has always been since little miss Ryen arrived in our lives. Sometimes I forget to tell him what a great job he is doing! I work evenings so Tim takes care of her at night and sometimes she can be a challenge when it's getting closer to her bed time. Last night is no exception to that challenge. Let's just say Ryen had a little explosion of the diaper and it was all over her and her nighty. LOL I just have to laugh when I think of his text message to me. "OMG Ryen pooped! It went everywhere, out the sides and the top of her diaper all over her nighty! OMG! I soaked it and put soap on it! (referring to the nighty not the child haha) ewww I almost puked!" Bahahahah oh Tim! Poor guy! He doesn't have the strongest stomach in the world! I can't believe he pulled it off! Good Job! Since last night was so traumatizing for you, I thought I better show a little appreciation! You're a wonderful dad and husband! Keep up the great work! We love you! And besides how could you not love that little face of our darling messy stinky two year old! ;)
