6 Years ago.....

On October 18 2003 I was a princess for a day! Yes, It was my wedding day! That day was magical and nerve wracking! I remember feeling so sick before I walked down the aisle to meet my future husband but as soon as he took my hand everything around us seemed to blur.

It has been six years since that magical day and it seems like it was yesterday I was getting ready to become a wife. I cannot believe how much has changed in six years! It's amazing! Time flies when you're having fun!

Happy 6th Anniversary Tim!

What a busy weekend!

Wow! I am absolutely exhausted! This weekend was nuts!

Saturday I went shopping in Calgary with my mom and Susan! We had a blast! We spent four hours in Chinook and only made it to eight stores! My arms and legs were so sore the next day! Sheesh! It's tough being me!

Sunday Tim, Ryen and I went over to my mom's for Thanksgiving dinner! I tried duck for the very first time! It was delicious! My mom is an awesome cook! I love spending time with my family! They crack me up!

Monday we went over to Tim's dad's place for another dinner! It was delicious too! We are so spoiled! Maybe next year I'll cook Thanksgiving dinner! I hope everyone likes KD! LOL

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

Much appreciation is needed!

When you become a parent your whole life changes but definetly for the better! It is a journey down a wonderful path! Becoming a mother was very natural to me. Sometimes I forget that men do not have what we call "motherly instincts" and not everything comes so natural to them.

Tim is a wonderful dad and has always been since little miss Ryen arrived in our lives. Sometimes I forget to tell him what a great job he is doing! I work evenings so Tim takes care of her at night and sometimes she can be a challenge when it's getting closer to her bed time. Last night is no exception to that challenge. Let's just say Ryen had a little explosion of the diaper and it was all over her and her nighty. LOL I just have to laugh when I think of his text message to me. "OMG Ryen pooped! It went everywhere, out the sides and the top of her diaper all over her nighty! OMG! I soaked it and put soap on it! (referring to the nighty not the child haha) ewww I almost puked!" Bahahahah oh Tim! Poor guy! He doesn't have the strongest stomach in the world! I can't believe he pulled it off! Good Job! Since last night was so traumatizing for you, I thought I better show a little appreciation! You're a wonderful dad and husband! Keep up the great work! We love you! And besides how could you not love that little face of our darling messy stinky two year old! ;)

Skis+Ryen=Mama's Nervous Breakdown!

Tim picked up Ryen's skis today! I do have to say they are so adorable! OMG! She LOVES them! I can just imagine the fun she'll have in the snow this year! But until that time comes I am keeping her safe in my arms! *Sigh*

ARE YOU EFFIN KIDDING ME??!!!

SNORING!!!!!! OMG! I don't think I can take it anymore! Tim has been snoring non stop for about a week now! Ugh! I'm getting tired of it! It truly affects my sleep! I have tried everything! Shaking the bed, elbowing him, trying to turn him over, sighing extremely loud and of course finally snapping and shrieking at him! OY VEY! Not sure what even causes snoring or how I can fix it! HELP!

I think I have figured it out!

WOW! I am pretty sure I have it! Learning new things is always fun! I'm kind of thinking that I might just use this blog to keep in touch with friends and family instead of using Facebook! I'm starting to think Facebook has lost it's purpose and it's becoming boring to me!

On another note.... It's monday! Ugh monday! Where did the weekend go? Weekends always go by so fast! Well onto another week and another dollar!
